Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

Follow along online or refer to your email or sms updates to your order processing and shipping. Kits with CO2 capsules are shipped via ground service.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Currently our platform does not support shipping to PO Boxes, Contact for options. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are sent out after the order is fulfilled and the pickup has been scheduled. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Paradise Valley Supply Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Customize the following: Paradise Valley Supply Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently we only support shipping to Canada and the continental USA .

Returns Policy

Returns on warranty will be arranged by us, and shipping covered by us. Returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than warranty, will be accepted only if the packaging and product is in brand new, unopened, and sealed condition. Boxes with seals damaged, altered, replaced or broken will not be eligible for return. Customers will bear the full cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee for returns. Contact us for an RMA Number and shipping instructions.Refunds take 30 days to process once arriving at our facility.
